Erik’s experience as a community manager is nearing fifteen years, having had worked for two of the largest property management companies in Southern California before opening his own company. As of 2018, he is one of only 46 property managers in the Greater Los Angeles area that have earned the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Additionally, Erik has been a member of the Social Committee, the Education Committee, and the Mentor Program with the Community Association Institute (CAI) Greater Los Angeles Chapter.
